Important Information About Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Requests:

  • Must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return, please go to our return portal at  https://cynims.com/apps/yanet-return and insert your order number and email. For any doubt or question you can contact us at cares@cynims.com.

Note: Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval cannot be processed through our quality control system.

Items Received as Part of an Exchange:

  • Cannot be returned for further exchanges.

Reasons for Returns:

Change in Size:

  • Indicate the desired size on the online form. We will send you the correct size. Note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect size choices.

Wrong Item Received:

  • Send a photo of the incorrect item to care@cynims.com for resolution.

Damaged/Faulty Item:

  • Quality is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, email info@alseams.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Note: Minor variations in pattern placement are not considered faults and are not eligible for return.

We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

  • You do not email care@cynims.com for prior approval.
  • There is a change of mind; we print on demand and do not hold stock.
  • The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • The item(s) are defective due to reasons other than our fault.
  • The item(s) are part of a replacement order from a previous exchange.
  • The item(s) were marked as Final Sale.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags.
